“USDA a Wonderful Mortgage Product!”  Hi Joe, My name is Brenda XXXXXXX, we are in the process of buying our first home and are fortunate to be buying the home we are renting, we have been here for 4 years. We have done some research and it looks like going USDA would best for us. When we contacted the bank that my parents recommended, they told us they don’t do USDA mortgages. My step brother recommended that we speak to you as you did their mortgage in January, (Billy XXXXX). Can you help us? USDA mortgages are ideal for home buyers that do not have a down payment and has a very low monthly mortgage insurance. USDA mortgage cannot be done in every town, especial ones with large populations. Keep in mind more rural towns is the intent of this type of funding.

“Proper Planning is Everything” The insurance agent was having quite an easy time selling Mrs. Heller insurance on her husband's life. In fact he thought it was too easy. When all the details were finalized Mrs. Heller casually asked, "Now if my husband should die tomorrow what would I get?""That would depend entirely," the insurance man replied, "on how the evidence is presented to the jury."

“Yes, We Can Do Your Mortgage!?Hi Joe, Steve XXXXXXXX recommended me to you saying you are the best in CT, haha. Before I go through the process of applying and providing documents for everything, may I ask a question, as I do not want to waste your time as I assume my question will be a "no, you can’t do that" as I seem to keep finding out... But here goes... I got a quote from Steve to build a garage of my dreams for my business for 150k.. I bought my house back in 2013 for roughly 160k... and I owe approx. 126k left, my house is worth 208k as of this year...... so there is not much equity I can pull from the house... maybe 30-40k?? if that.....so I know I cannot use equity to build what I need. My question is this... is there ANYWAY SOMEHOW SOMEWAY.... that I can refinance my current...

Real estate  in Danbury,CT is not just purchases and listings.  As  exprienced real estate professional,  I also have helped a lot of clients lease and secure rental properties.  How is this different?Renting is a less of a renting term commitment. It allows flexibility for the tenant. It can also be helpful if you are coming into the area and want time to shop around. It also requires less money up front. Tenants can also benefit as there may be less competition to rent than to purchase. Renting for landlords can be used for a long-wealth wealth building strategy.  Sometimes landlords also might not have enough time to go from listed to closing, even in today's active resale market. Other landlord clients might not also like the market price of the home. Other landlords just like the i...

“Local Bank Can’t do Our Mortgage” Mr. Petrowsky, Your name was given to me by a real estate agent. I have a contract for the purchase of an oceanfront home and have been denied by a local bank. They indicated that they reached the 7% limit, any idea what the hell that mean? The purchase price for the property $1,625,000 and we are putting 50% down, can you help us? By the way the list agent gave my agent your information. You apparently did a mortgage right up the street that the agent was also involved. In advance, thank you, Jerry We will be hearing more of these type of stories from lenders when it comes to second homes and investment properties.  This 7% rule that was mentioned is specific to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. As thing stand right now, these two want to limit their exposu...
