Friday Flags: The Wind 'was-a-blowin' in Waterbury CTAt a recreational park in the East Mountain section of Waterbury last week, it was not difficult to notice the flag at the top of the pole, for the way the wind was trying to pull it off.It was not only extending the flag, but the gusts were causing the pole to bend as well.I thought for sure that the flag would be ripped away with the gusts, but it stood proud and resilient.
