Yesterday, I held my first Broker Open of the year.  It was located at 38 Castlerock Lane, in Bolton, Ct.  A true luxury home in a new subdivision.  We had food, drinks and door prizes.  The first person to walk in the door . . . .George Souto, from McCue Mortgage, which is located in New Britain, Ct.  Not terribly far from Bolton, but, still a trip across the river.  He helped me with getting things ready.  My Sellers were away, so, shades needed to be lifted and the lights clicked on.  George got it all done, while I prepared the food bar.  How great is it, to have a fellow blogger, just jump in and get it done!
