The City met wtih the EOC and as of 4 PM evacuations of low lying areas are no longer voluntary, they are mandatory.  What this means is that the police are going door-to-door asking people to leave their homes.  They will not forcably remove anyone, but they will ask you for your next of kin inf... 08/27/2011
