Just Closed ~ Spacious Expanded Cape in Coventry CT   My clients are so happy with their new home at 213 Twin Hills Drive in Coventry CT! The house was listed for $239,900, and my clients purchased it for $236,000 with $7,300 in closing cost assistance from the sellers. The house is everything they were looking for, and they looked for a LONG time! We viewed many homes but as soon as they walked into this one, they knew it was the house for them.    I get great satisfaction when my clients find "the house" and this was one of those occasions. I will also enjoy seeing the transformation as they make this house their home because they post their progress on Facebook!   One of the other plusses of this transaction was that I was able to work with George Souto of McCue Mortgage. He helped t...
