Almost all of the condominium projects listed here  in the Danbury,CT area have been completed and sold out & either occupied by the owners or an occasional upper market renter. Yet I am contacted by buyers that ask if there any model open and when are their hours for viewings. To start with, I do not work onsite at any area condominium development. and can't just drop everything to make a showing.More than often, if any listings that are for sale in your chosen or preferred community or communities, sellers need to notice to prepare their home for showings. There are rarely vacant properties. A wish to the weary of buying a home. Proceed with caution, because of one of these days in the future, you're gonna need to sell your home whether you think you're never going to be moving or not. If you're not selective, you could be in for difficult sale. As a long time resident of Danbury,CT, there are several things that come to mind when discussing local attractions: The Danbury Mall, Richter Golf Course, Candlewood Lake, the Charles Ives Center, Western Connecticut State University and the Danbury Train Museum. Yet, the biggest hidden secret in Danbury is Tarrywille Park. Located just 1 mile from downtown, the city purchased the property from the Parks family in 1985, initially purchasing 535 acres of meadows, ponds, forests and mountains. Homes on the western side of Danbury often are in demand. Due to the proximity to the New York State Line, highways, shopping & services, this has a created an environment . It is not just all built up. I get an a lot of requests from people that are looking for a rental. Keep in mind, a lot of the properties that you see listed online my website are typically for sale with an occasional rental.
