It’s THAT good (and my web page, so I can do what I want).  I took this picture yesterday to show how many dogs and people were out enjoying the beach. The weather was warm, but it was overcast. Just imagine how many people would have been out had it been sunny!  We only have 25 days left until the beach is closed to dogs (March 31st is the last day), so get out there and enjoy! Facebook “LIKE” Button on ActiveRain. .    Here is the scoop on Facebook’s “LIKE” Button and ActiveRain. #1.  On the bottom of each ActiveRain (AR) post there is a like button that you can press. If you do press the like button then that article will appear on your personal Facebook page, not you FAN page. (FAN pages aka LIKE pages or Business Page)          #2. On your Facebook Fan Page you can get an iframe or XFBML code to insert into your ActiveRain post or page that will give you your own personal FB “LIKE” button. THIS CODE WILL NOT WORK ON ACTIVERAIN. 14 Maher SOLD for $1.065M I think this was a great deal. I want to congratulate the buyers for sticking with it and dealing with the bank through this one. As I understand, this was not an easy transaction. At the end of the day, you got a great home. The last time this house traded, it sold for $1.695M (2008). That’s a 37% discount! Yes, the house needs a little work, though at the end of the day you bought a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2,380 sqft house on Maher Ave that was built like a rock. I forget how high the ceilings are on the first floor, but I’m guessing at least 9.5 feet. This is a real turn-of-the-century.
