Hebron resident Elyse Plude is looking for people from all the Rivereast towns to participate in the American Diabetes Association's Step Out and Walk to Fight Diabetes. The walk will take place Sat Oct 4 at Lake Compounds in Bristol, CT. This annual walk is a non competitive event to raise funds for the American Diabetes Association, an organization dedicated to finding a cure for diabetes and improving the lives of all people affected by the disease.
