Trumbull CT home sales for October 2014 showed a 23% decrease in sales from the same period last year, and listing and selling averages went down 11% and 10% respectively.   The median home price declined 4%.   Sales were up. Averages were up. Days on the market were down. All positive news for the Shelton CT real estate market.  October 2014 home sales were UP 3% over October 2013 results and the listing average was UP 2% and selling average was UP 3%.  Days on the market were down 8%.
