A dazzling exhibit and opening night party for King Tut, the Boy King, at the new children's museum in West Hartford on Wednesday evening. Hundreds of fascinating replicas were displayed including a stunning funerary mask, mummification couch, weapons, tools, and cultural objects that were placed within the famous pharaoh's tomb to help him on his journey to the afterlife. Also part of this exciting exhibit is a new show at the museum's planetarium, titled the Stars of the Pharaohs, allowing audiences to see how ancient Egyptians used science to tell time, create a calendar, and align buildings.
