 The following are the market sales statistics for Apopka, Seminole and Orange Counties, Florida for March 2008.  Apopka is made up of the zip codes of 32703 & 32712.  For purposes of this analysis we are not only splitting the data according to zip codes, but also single-family homes vs, condominiums, townhomes and villas. 32703 - Single-Family Homes18 homes sold during the month of March.The average sales price, which is the total sold volume divided by the number of homes sold is $204,180 with 136 days on the market.The median sales price, which means that 50% of the homes sold for more and 50% of the homes sold for less, is $191,500.The most expensive home sold for $404,990 and was brand new construction.  It was a 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 3-car garage home in 3833sf home in a gated commu...

 There have been some positive signs in the Apopka real estate market as we head into the prime spring selling season. As of March 27th there has been 33 homes sold in Apopka this month and there is 30 more pending and expected to close prior to the end of march.  Of the 33 sales this month 11 have been for over 300,000.  There is a total of 112 homes that are sale pending in Apopka.  February saw a total of 39 homes sold in Apopka and only 7 were for over 300,000Inventory remains relatively high but has stabilized with 980 single family homes for sale in Apopka. There is 68 condos & townhomes for sale in ApopkaThere has been a definite pick up in activity in the Apopka real estate market as interest rates have remained low.
