My guess, this is an example of the frustration of old timers afraid of the Internet. I wonder if it was a case of doing away with the horse whip to make way for the automobile?

The Laws That Accumulate WealthThe law of accumulation basically says that achievement is the result of constant and perpetual effort. Everything you have done throughout your life negative or positive multiplies over time.  With a quick illustration on money it works something like this. We all want to be rich, but even the rich unless inherited started out by saving something first. Putting away just $3.00 a day from the age of 20 until you were 65 and receiving a return of 9% over those years you would be a millionaire. You would have saved $43,800 over those 40 years and the law of accumulation would have done the rest. The same goes for prospecting, but it doesn't happen overnight. You have to prospect for at least 90 days before this LAW kicks in. The key is 90 days because it tak...

A Short Sale Marketing Idea... that works   As we go into the new year feel free to use this letter as a guide to secure your next lingering Short  Sale....Dear (Insert Name) It’s no secret that millions of Americans are having trouble making their mortgage payments these days.  In fact, one in seven homes is headed toward foreclosure.   Local Airline From A Little Boys Point Of View  The little boy had been looking out of the window.   He turned to his mother and asked, "If big dogs have baby dogs, and big cats have baby cats, why don't big planes have baby planes?"  The mother couldn't think of an answer. She told her son to ask the flight attendant.  The boy went down the aisle and asked the flight attendant, "If big dogs have baby dogs, and big cats have baby cats, why don't big planes have baby planes?"   The busy flight attendant smiled and asked the boy, "Did your mother tell you to ask me that?"  The boy replied, "Yes, she did."  "Well", said the flight attendant, "you tell your mother that there are no baby planes, because Southwest always pulls out on time. Have your mother explain that to you."

Women Be Aware of "THE PURSE IN THE GROCERY CART HEIST"   A young lady went grocery-shopping at a local strip-mall and left her purse sitting in the children's seat of the cart while she reached something off a shelf. While doing so, her wallet was stolen, and she reported it to the store personnel. After returning home, she received a phone call from the Mall Security to say that they had her wallet and that although there was no money in it, it did still hold her personal papers. She immediately went to pick up her wallet, only to be told by Mall Security that they had not called her. By the time she returned home again, her house had been broken into and burglarized. The thieves knew that by calling and saying they were Mall Security, they could lure her out of her house long enough...

Not All Thieves Are Stupid When It Comes To Your GPS  Someone had their car broken into while they were at our local football game. Their car was parked on the green which was adjacent to the football stadium and specially allotted to football fans.  Things stolen from the car included a garage door remote control, some money and a GPS which had been prominently mounted on the dashboard. When the victims got home, they found that their house had been ransacked and just about everything worth anything had been stolen.  The thieves had used the GPS to guide them to the house. They then used the garage remote control to open the garage door and gain entry to the house. What Is Up With The Grammer & These Text Messages???  We need to be reminded, because I still hear my parents both teachers telling me the following. Read it, re-read it, condense it down, make several drafts. For me writing was never a strong suit and still isn't. However, I do believe the importance of proper verbiage, punctuation, etc.  The many blogs written are far superior, compared to my wishful ability of word coordination. Now, I see how important it is some 35 years later. What is happening now with texting shorthand leaves a lot to be desired. Does anyone else agree this is out of control and teaching oneself to be dumbed down?
