We gave a listing presentation two months ago to a family who reside in Cooper City,Florida. They interviewed myself and two other Realtors.I was told from the start they were leaning towards one of the Realtors who they knew from their daughters pre-school.  We sat down and went over the comps,discussed market strategy and so forth. I received an email yesterday asking for showing instructions on a listing we sold in 2004. For some unknown reason it`s`s still on Yahoo.com.The assistant for the Realtor,is requesting showing instructions for a listing that doesn`t exist. It speaks volumes about this persons training.It defines who you are as a Professional.Rule #1: Realtors always look at the MLS to locate Properties. Isn`t that why we joined our local boards?  Rule#2:Don`t waste other agents valuable time when you`re not capable of training the person you hired.How many times have you seen this happen?
