South Florida isn’t the only market experiencing this shift. Read more about it at the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty website.

This magnificant Hotel built as the centerpiece in the City Beautiful (Coral Gables) sits just as regal as she did 9 decades ago. Lot's of legend and lore in the history as well, Al Capone and his mobster buddies loved hanging out here and appearently there is a ghost that likes hanging around in the tower suites. Also home to the largest hotel pool in the country at the time and it still may be. Johnny Weismueller & Esther Williams performed in it.                                                                               LOBBY Now this is a banquet hall!

Even in a market like Coral Gables luxury homes, which practically sell themselves, realtors and home buyers should invest in a professional photographer. Find out how much more a home can potentially sell for if pictures of the property are handled by a professional at the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Flori...

Home selling isn’t for the faint of heart. If you want to move properties, like Coral Gables homes for sale, then you need to think outside the box to make your real estate a cut above the rest. One way to do that is by taking out a home warranty.Home warranties give buyers the assurance that if an appliance or major system in Coral Gables homes for sale stops working that it will be fixed at no cost. Coral Gables luxury homes and other high-end transactions in the Miami Dade County area are coming under scrutiny. The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network or FinCEN has issued a Geographic Targeting Order to investigate particular real estate deals happening in the area.Effective beginning March 1, 2016, some title companies will be required to provide specific information on the buyers and their finances before the deal can be completed. If these requirements are not provided, then criminal and civil penalties may be enforced. Apparently, this action is in response to possible money laundering schemes that may be taking place in South Florida, as well as in Manhattan, NY.
