I am currently working with two buyers right now. Both called me with the intentions of only looking and buying forclosures. They were both under the assumption that it was the only way they could purchase a property in the price range they were looking in. You see one is in the price range on 150k to 160k looking in Hollywood, Fl, and the other is under 250k in Tamarac and Coral Springs, Fl.   Now don't get me wrong there are a good amount of  deals with foreclosures. But I believe there are more motivated sellers out there with great deals. Some are giving seller's concessions, for those of you who don't know what that is, it means sellers are willing to help with either your down payment or with closing cost! My family and I visited City Place in West Palm Beach, Fl for the first time. I've have been living in Florida for 20 years, not sure how long City Place has been around for, but I'm glad I visited. Here are some photos of City Place. If you plan on coming down to visit family or are vacationing down here, take some time out to visit City Place. We had a blast.                        The horse and carriage ride also sounded like fun. For $40 dollars you get a 20 minute ride through City Place. We were on our way out. Yesterday started Phagwah, the Hindu New Year. Today we went to a park in Cooper City, Fl. Picolo Park. At this celebration everyone is soaked with colorful dyes, baby powder and lots more. Music, food, adn family gatherings. This celebration last for a full week. So this coming weekend in West Palm Beach will be another gathering and getting fully dyed from head to toe.
