I had a mental note to stop by my vet's Clinic on the way home and pick up the special dog food that my standard poodles, Mike and Misha eat, and in horror I witnessed a hubub for a block before and a block after of every fire truck and news station from the area. My heart just sank and all I could do was give a silent prayer for the personnel and the animals at the Edgewater Animal Hospital and Dr. Castro. Located at 2305 S Ridgewood Ave, in Edgewater Florida this animal hospital is a wonderful facility of healing. The personnel is amazing in their love and dedication to their animal patients. Today my dear friends will close on a bank owned property. I have been working with my friends as buyers since September 09. Seems like it took forever, but we close today. We have had several failed contracts on other short sales, a few bankowned and even one in probate, but when this one came onthe market, we looked immediately at it and it fit our their need perfectly, so the day it came on the market, which was back on the market, due to a failed contract with another Realtor, we made an offer January 13, 2010. Not much happened, except they had already done a survey for the previous buyer and I tried to find out which local surveyor did it to get e recertification to no avail. Edgewater Fireworks Celebration set for July 4th.The City of Edgewater's annual Fourth of July Fireworks will go on as planned, but organizers want residents and visitors to know that some changes are in place.The fireworks display will take place on Wednesday, July 4th at George R.
