First Quarter Results on Florida Real Estate Market

More new listings, higher median sales prices and fewer days to a sales contract means good news for the Florida real estate market. This is the latest findings from Florida Realtors® that just completed its analysis of the first quarter of the Florida housing market for the year.The latest housing data indicates a stabilizing within the state's housing sector with traditional housing sales rising in Florida while sales of distressed properties declined in the first three months of 2016. Numbers show single-family homes with closed sales across the state equaled 57,913 for the first three months of the year.
