          I know this is a late post but better late than never. This is some pictures of the Okaloosa Democarts Holiday Party.Held at the Hilton Garden Inn at the Fort Walton Beach location Sunday Dec 8th, 2019.There were games that were held to find the most people with certain items, to get to know each other, after the get to know each other, there was a DJ and dance floor.I met a few memebers of the LGBTQ Caucus at the Holiday party showing support as well for Democrats of Okaloosa county. This is a nice location for the event, this is close to the Gulf Island National Seashore.

This Elliotts Point home at 118 Ferry Rd., NE, Fort Walton Beach, Florida was approved as a VA Compromise Short Sale. This was not an easy property to sell, even though the short sale approval was easy! The home had multiple active roof leaks and and the roof was covered with tarp and sand bags. A U.S. pilot shortage is forcing airlines to get creative when planning for the future. Delta expects to hire 8,000 pilots over the next decade and announced its giving conditional job offers to some college students. (this is a 14 year old who is a real pilot- not kidding) The airline is also allowing flight attendants and other employees to take unpaid leaves to attend flight school. American Airlines has started offering loans to student pilots. Some experts even wonder if automation can ease some of the burden. So video game experts will be applying to fly 737's?  Will thousands of hours of video play be acceptable to replace thousands of hours of fight time?
