"Elderly lady" continued ... "my South Florida real estate journey"As I mentioned a couple of weeks ago, I managed to get a contract for t this 95 year old lady's condo in Hallandale Beach, Florida who was moving to a retirement home. During the process, as I was helping her packing her belongings, I found some pieces of jewelry she had hidden behind her china. She had told me she thought someone had broken into her home and stolen them from her. Well, you would not believe it, but the day she was moving out, the movers found a few more pieces hidden underneath her mattress and they kindly gave them to her. She was dumbfounded.
