Winter Day Bird Watching in Florida When it gets really cold up North, we too, can feel the cold creeping into Florida.  Today is one of those sunny but chilly days that have you bundled up at least as far as Floridians are concerned or that have you just stay indoors eating hot chili and the heat or fire place on. Waterfront Homes for Sale in Hernando Beach, Florida:  Real Estate Market Report for January 2012 The new year started out rather slow for homes sales in the waterfront community of Hernando Beach. Our in-depth study of the Tampa housing market has led me to pursue a more thorough understanding of “why” the Tampa real estate market appears to be rebounding faster than the rest of the State of Florida.
