It's hard enough to fathom the delinquent acts that have developed into our financial crisis yet the numbers of scams that perpetrators are using are in increasing numbers. I have a lovely couple who wanted me to show them beachfront condo property. Once we met at the property I noticed that they had a dog. We were having small talk conversation while waiting for the gate keys to enter the premises from the seller.
