Christmas is certainly the best time of the year for me, gathering together joyfully with family and friends, cooking delicious meals that fill up our homes with the wonderful aroma of our families cooking traditions. But my favorite part is seeing the children opening up their presents and watch their faces glow as they discover their new toys. And while we prepare ourselves for the Holidays, let us be grateful for the things that we have and the things that we do not.
