I just visited Northern Virginia. Hurrumph!Northern Virginia is right next to Washington, DC.  I was just with a client and he asked me why he should move to Palm Beach Gardens or Jupiter, Florida. I only had 3 hours with him to show him both Palm Beach Gardens Real Estate and Jupiter Real Estate and for a part of the 3 hours he needed to stop and eat. That only left me with 2 hours to show him homes that were for sale.He indicated that he took a couple of weeks off from work to tour Florida and then determine where he was going to buy his new home.
