The unit is a Bank Owned and is offered for sale an incredible price - just $272,250.This unit, like just about every other unit in the complex, has two bedrooms, two baths and occupies 1357 sq ft of space. It is located in the west building and has tree top views of the adjacent mangroves. The mangroves are protected. So the view you see today will be there forever. No need to worry about some new high rise being built there.
