It happens to be in a 55+ community known as Lake Clarke Gardens, located in Lake Worth, Florida. To me it offers a lot of value, great location and is maintain very well. The prices range from $25k-50k on average along with various floor plans from 1-2 bedrooms.     We all know time is a valuable commodity that can’t be replaced, so should your customer. I had a great client that I received through Movoto, and worked this deal mainly through pictures and emails. In a way sight unseen.
