  This is another so so Miami story. You see EVERYTHING here is done differently! The new owners of 27 Star Island-yes this is neighbors of Gloria Estefan, Rosie O'Donnell, Sean Diddy Combs etc, bought this old waterfront estate and instead of demolishing it just moved it to the side of the lot. I could not pass up the op to see this and of course in true Miami style be serenaded by musicians all the while the house was being lifted, pushed, turned and pulled about 150 feet and 90 degrees to the left side of the property. The grand dame will become the guest house to the new mega mansion that will soon reside over her old foot print. Can't wait to see it when it is all done. It is almost the end of the year and the Waverly South Beach sales so far this year were really great.
