300 Biscayne Blvd. Downtown Miami  This planned tower was just recently announced after preliminary plans were approved. It will be the tallest residential building south of NYC. I was actually surprised to see my own city in a list of only 5 BEST NEIGHBORHOODS TO INVEST IN THE WORLD. There are ony 2 contenders from the USA, besides Miami the other is a place called Buda, TX.
