Miami has been getting slammed with rain this past week. We've had rain every single day, and sometimes the sun didn't even make an appearance.I don't actually mean the sentiment evoked in the post title. I know we need the rain and it was actually sorely needed right about now! But it's been raining hard. And it's been raining long! The rain has come accompanied by lightning and thunder. I actually love to watch the storms on the gulf when I visit, but my poor doggies are not loving this. They get very anxious when it thunders.Others not liking the weather are the Miami tourists. I feel for them, but this IS our hurricane season, which means we're more likely to get rain than not. Sorry. =(The forecast says the rain should be around a while longer. And looking out my window today, it lo...

It was a warm and dry winter for us but alas it is over and the Spring like temps have arrived. No more night time temps in the 50's and daily highs in the low 80's will be the norm.Sounds like perfect weather for many things including finding a new home. With clear warm skies and very little rain forecast for the near future it's the perfect time to go on that house hunt. Now just give me a call and I'll take care of the rest!

After a hard day of showing properties on the beach what is better than meeting up with friends for happy hour. I admit that I do have a morning routine. I wake up naturally predawn, make coffee, check emails, drink coffee, see whats happening in the world from my online news sources and then the good part comes!Second cup of coffee happens at sunrise outside at poolside surrounded by peace and quiet as nature wakes up. The great thing about living in the tropics is that I can do this just about everyday of the year.South Florida is where summer spends the winter, I saw that on an advertisment when I was 9 years old growing up in NY. It will be 40 years next week since I left those cold winters behind me and never regretted missing one!  Isn't it time you made your move? Just call me, I'll do the rest.
