Yesterday I showed one of our listings in North Palm Beach to a man who brought along his friend and that friends wife.  The home has been totally remodeled and is very nice.  The only problem is that it is an older home and has small bedrooms, small closets and only a one car garage.  The friend of the prospective buyer kept saying the people need to get used to the idea of losing money on the home as the market is going to be much worse next year than it is now.It seems his "knowledge" is based on a previous down-turn in the real estate market that was caused by the basic economy dropping dramatically.  He would not look at the difference in then and now when our basic economy is quite good with low unemployment and good consumer confidence.  The only real problem we have with the mar...
