I really think customer service is back in the Jacksonville FL area. My Mom called me from work to tell me that she felt very sick and was going to the ER after work. My Mom was sick about a month ago and went to see her now fired primary care physician in Jacksonville FL. That's a blog for another time titled "What NOT to do if you want to keep patients". You see I am the oldest so when my Mom gets sick I take it very seriously. I told Mom to swing by my home and I would drive her out to Orange Park Medical Center in Orange Park FL. It's not that I have anything against OPMC they are really a great hospital. I think they have gone completely paperless also I just really do hate emergency rooms.
