Orlando agent says the motor runs so the Air Conditioner is just fine. Says who? The Orlando Agent?  If the Real Estate Home inspector sees a problem with the air conditioners who cares what the agent thinks? Big Orlando house, 4 air conditioning units all of them with a technical problem...plus mold in the units.  Could it be that the units have mold because they do not run properly?...sounds possible to me.  I don't care if the cost is more money than the seller expects! I vote with the home inspector, not the listing agent.  Either fix it, or replace it, but don't try to blow hot air and tell me that since the motor runs the air conditioning units are fine...
