The annual event will showcase the delights of the sea from a variety of local and regional restaurants and vendors, arts and crafts booths, carnival rides, along with musicians from around the area. White Christmas In Central Florida The city of Palm Coast will have a Starlight Event and Parade today. It will include a snow slide and face -painting,for and refreshments. Have you seen a Roundabout?Growing up in Quincy, MA there was a traffic circle as you approached the Fore River Bridge that we called a rotary. I do remember others in the area at that time but I'm not sure exactly where they were.  My understanding was that back in the 1950’s these rotary configurations were no longer being built due to traffic and other issues.  There were many stories when I was in high school about people cutting through the rotary to take a shortcut to the bridge.  Of course we would never do anything like that, must have been aliens.Recently in Palm Coast, Florida I came across 2 traffic circles called Roundabouts.
