I love this time of the year. You start seeing the flowers pop out.  Yes, even in South Florida it's a good season.  If I could I'd have a Bougainvillea Farm.  I wish I knew how I could do that. I wouldn't even know where to start. But I think they are just beautiful amongst other blooms.This is a tip for all you sellers out there looking for that edge on getting that stalling buyer to make up their mind and pick your property. The City of Parkland, FL is proud to announce three new picnic pavilions are available at Pine Trails Park. Each picnic pavilion has a stainless steel grill to allow families and individuals to utilize their culinary talents and can hold a maximum of 25 individuals. The new pavilions are located adjacent to the T-Ball fields and restroom building at Pine Trails Park. Pavilions are available on a first come first served basis during the week or for a fee you may make a reservation to guarantee your space. Reservations are required on weekends and holidays. The City of Parkland, FL has a fantastic Farmer's Market which has been highly attended over the past two years. Parkland Florida's Farmer's Market draws in on average 1,500 people per event. This year the event will feature live music, chef demonstrations, and holiday music!  The Parkland Farmer's Market is open November 1, November 15, December 6, December 15, January 3, January 17, February 7, February 21, March 7, March 21, April 11, and April 18. The real estate market has shown signs of life in the past year as sales have picked up, and inventory has dropped nationally.  As a real estate agent, I know that many Realtors would be out of the business if this tax credit was not implemented for 2009. I must speak the truth as a local expert real estate agent.  I think that the $8,000 tax credit is great for first time home buyers.  But, what is going to happen when eventually Uncle Sam stops writing checks?  Did you know that according to the National Association of Realtors that 45% of all buyers this year were first time-homebuyers?
