My Realtor ask me to write a story explain my deal in hopes that I can sell my home in less than two weeks so here it is. My name is John and I have to sell my home, as if that isn't a show of desperation. I bought the wonderful home in 2006 for around $250,000  yea, yea I know. I need to sell I can short sell it or whatever. I am in the military and headed over seas, I am using the HAP program so that can help.
