Well, it was the Monday after Christmas and today our phones were ringing and we also had lots of web visitors, all people looking to sell, rent or buy.  I was really encouraged by the volume of cutomers we dealt with today, a good sign  that things are going to pick up now that the holidays are coming to an end.  I am looking forward to a prosperous New Year. I will be listing a new short sale and two other nice properties, things people had put on hold before the holidays, but they are ready to proceed now.  I plan to be really busy this week taking care of all the requests I got for services.
