  Port Richey, FL - Timber Oaks Home Sold and Closed. The well-loved  home on Sierra Nevada Dr. now has a new family to love and take care of it. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in a 55+ neighborhood was only on the market for a few days before going under contract.   The home has lots of pink accents and Mrs. Buyer loves pink and she is very happy with her new home.     Closing was delayed two weeks by the lender, and we closed at 5:30 on Wednesday evening (the day before Thanksgiving). No funding for anyone, of course, because we didn’t finish till 6:30 and the lender couldn’t wait.   Port Richey FL Home Listed and-Sold in 4 Days by Toni Weidman   Two days after I listed this home, a sweet lady called from North Carolina called and asked it it would be worthwhile to drive down to see it.  After several conversations, she called again and said they were coming down and would be here Tuesday afternoon.   It Was Worth It To Drive Down from NC - Pending in Embassy Hills   I posted a blog earlier in the week about a couple who called me and asked me if it was worth the trip from Greensboro to see one of my listings. I told them at the time I couldn’t make that decision for them. They called me back and said they were driving down and would be here Tuesday afternoon; could I show them the house? Port Richey Florida home sales are up this spring.  Home buyers are everywhere and the number of homes for sale is low.  We're seeing home sell in under 30 days whereas this time last year home were selling at a much slower rate and for less money.   All Dressed Up for St. Patrick's Day in Port Richey, FL Of course, if you know us, you know we went to a St. Patrick's Day Car Show. It was fun and very green. Everyone was asked to wear green and our car club always helps Jan with her Cruiz-In's parking, registering etc. Then we get a chance to look at some of the cars before we head back to sell 50/50 tickets.
