It was reported yesterday in the Wall Street Journel that the housing crisis is over.  The question is with so many homes on the market being vacant and unsold how long will it take to get these homes sold. So with the market picking up and the rates so low it should start getting better.  Back in the 80's the interest rates hit 18%.  So hopefully we can start helping our sellers sell their homes. 05/09/2008
