Today on my walk to the beach and during my Chanting on the sand I notice a fin in the water just north of the Pier, my first though was it's a shark, but then I noticed several others and Identify them as a Pod of Dolphins. St Augustine Beach Market Conditions 2/9/2007 the market is flat as home prices are not in line with buyers budgets and moving very slow, New Construction is the only bright spot that are priced correctly or standing Inventory. Builders are combining price with incentives to drive sales.
