I am hosting a Broker Open House at a new listing, 411 Arredondo Ave, in the Davis Shores neighborhood of St. Augustine Florida.                  It is a fabulous 4Bedroom home that is much larger than it appears from the curb.  The back yard has the most unique pool and fun tree house on about 1/2 acre.  A real gem of a property located so close to historic downtown St. Augustine, Florida. It will be really important to get our MLS agents to this home to experience the space the home and incredible back yard.
