Although Spring does bring an increase in sales activity, it also brings a flood of new listin...

I can’t believe it has been 17 years since the first Nights of Lights switch was flipped and our town was transformed into an enchanted city of light.  Come out to the Plaza to help celebrate on Saturday, November 20 at 6:30pm. Thousands will be downtown at the plaza cheering our Mayor, Joe Boles, while he flips the switch lighting the city tree.  Instantly, over two million white lights fill St. Augustine's every corner with brilliant and magical holiday sparkle. Enjoy light displays at over 100 locations, including buildings, parks, medians and gardens throughout the city. Truly a sight to behold. Lights will illuminate the Nation’s oldest city for 10 weeks – a must see for all. For more information visit the St. Augustine Chamber site.

ST. JOHNS COUNTY SHORT SALE SPECIALIST (904) 733-4911 At a time when most agents in St. Johns County are running from the term "short sale," we choose to take a different approach.
