What then, is the answer where the homes in my area are selling in the $1MM to $3MM or more. All is good with another renovation product that is available and our group consultants for that as well. Today was our Winter meetup for Port St Lucie and while we only had 5 turn out this time, it was a great lunch and incredible ideas exchanged that I think will certainly benefit those in attendence. We had Maria Downing, Odaly Victorio, Marisela Fernandez, Bob Publicover, and hosted by yours truly Kevin B Tolbert. I exchanged many strategies with the group on using AR for Lead generation and Bob seemed guenually interested as well as my other guests who are already grasshoppers of my mentorship and I think Bob may actually attend my next AR lead gen class in Feb as he really seemed excited by the strategies.
