18th Annual Beach Goes Pops in Historic Pass-a-Grille, located at the southern end of St. Pete Beach. Pass a grille was the first established town on barrier islands on Florida's west coast. It is a registered National Historic District.It is located on the south tip on St Pete Beach, starts right at the Don Cesar hotel.The name supposedly comes from fisherman.
