Thursday noon I attended a few Broker's Open Houses, three in fact, all between $1 Million and $3 Million in the Coffee Pot area of St Petersburg, Florida.   This home is a recently build Victorian style home. One of the most appealing features to me was this octagonal window, with its view of Coffee Pot Bayou (behind the tree). Other rooms have larger windows with views of the waterfront, but this one appealed to me because of the framing.   It's not always size that matters, it's interest, it's attraction.
