Get "UN" stuck. I have this "never give up" attitude and it serves me well most of the time but sometimes it is just in my way. I am working with a client right now that is driving me crazy, they change their mind every five minutes to a point where I question if they will ever buy something. I do not want to drop them because I have already invested a lot of energy and time but then again, it is so much negative energy it drains me and keeps me from working on other things that might be more important. So, I will give it one more try and if this doesn't work out I plan to get "un" stuck and suggest they find another realtor. Goes totally against my "never give up" attitude but................. Security alarms in St Petersburg Florida must be registered with the St Petersburg Police Department, whether the alarm is monitored or not.  The annual alarm permit fee is $10.00 and it's time to renew now for 2011. The reinstatement fee if you allow your permit to expire is $15. More important, though: Use of your alarm system without a valid permit will require a court appearance and a fine ranging from $100 to $500. Some alarm monitoring companies will not dispatch the police department to locations with no valud permit on file (that's according to the St Petersburg Police Department. If you already have registered your alarm, the police should be sending you a renewal form and invoice. Going out in St. Petersburg, dinner at LaFogata, drinks at Bellini's Last night we went to Bellini's for drinks and to La Fogata for dinner and back to Bellini's for more drinks. We had a great time. I just love Bellini's, this place has it all. To start with it is absolute beautiful, the music is great, the service is friendly, drinks are very affordable and it has that welcoming cozy feeling to it. You can stand around the bar or sit in the lounge area or find a place outside near the waterfall, it has something for everybody but the best part is that it is connected - part of to LaFogata a drop dead gorgeous restaurant.
