This is a very popular event, and of course, encompasses more than rattlesnakes. The planned Pasco Town Centre mall at S.R. 52 and I-75 received unanimous approval by the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council.  This huge mall (2 million square feet) will house the Tampa Premium Outlets, (a designer outlet mall with 120 or so stores),  as well as large amounts of office and industrial space. * Located just a few miles north of the three planned malls in the Wesley Chapel area, it is reported that the project will generate over 11,000 jobs and $81 million in tax revenue for Pasco County.  The next hurdle for this mall's approval is in July when it is to go before the Pasco County Commission.Russ Perlowski:  Selling homes in Tampa, Land O Lakes, and Wesley Chapel, FL Source:  Chuin-Wei Yapp, St. Pete Times 06/14/2007

Once again Pasco County Commissioners are at odds with a developer over costs for road improvements for a major residential development.  While Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel has been in negotiations for a long time, it appears that it may be resolved this month.  Not so with Bella Verde in San Antonio.  Sides are reported to be $20 million apart in their estimates of the costs to widen S.R. 52 for this planned golf resort.Development of this community to this point consists of clearing the land.Russ Perlowski:  Selling homes in Tampa, Wesley Chapel, & Land O Lakes, FL 06/03/2007
