So I just wrote about Got a drone / unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) (activerain.com)Here is my first test video of flying around the neighborhood.1st video (youtube.com) 1st drone video I created testing things out.  I do have others that I am posting, I know it will take practice to get down the movement and timing of flying them. The first thing you just try not to crash it but then you start to pick up how to scan and time of moving from left to right in a 360. There were some tips on how to shoot a good video to do a approach to the property and end the video with backing out. Those are all things I will look at with other videos coming up

Got my small UAS drone this last week, so I downloaded the manufacture suggested app, then found there was an additional app to fly it from the manufacture to check if theres restricted zones before I fly.   Then I registered it with the Federal Aviation Administration so I put a label on it with the registration number got my license to fly it from FAA.   Then took the Trust safety test, and applied for the IACRA number and the dropzone account.   Then you have the check with https://www.faa.gov/uas/programs_partnerships/data_exchange FAA-approved UAS Service Supplier (USS) of the Low Altitude Authorization and Notification Capability (LAANC; pronounced “lance”) to make sure no one is flying around you.       Then lastDownloading the B4UFly apps. https://twitter.com/FAADroneZone   I f...
