The good, the bad and the ugly. Price, condition and location. Motivated buyer and motivated seller. These are all words or phrases that are used in the real estate industry. And they do convey a lot of emotion about the entire process. Buying a property can be very emotional, only topped by the emotions you feel when you sell the home that you have lived in for a while and brought up a family.
