The Euro, the monetary exchange designation, has soared to new heights!  This helps America with her exports.  It also helps Americans sell their properties if the Europeans know what we have to sell.  That's why I focus my website to introduce the Florida panhandle to my 'European Connections'.Currently, you need about 1.38 dollars to buy a Euro.Not too long ago, you could have bought all the Euros you wanted for around 80 cents.So, it is very clear that our European friends should have the means to buy our expensive properties, if we can just get them interested! Robert 07/20/2007

The Emerald Coast Association of Realtors has produced a web site Emerald Coast Homes Online that lists all properties that are in the local Multiple Listing Service database,  Users can search for vacant land, homes and condominiums and narrow that search by several different factors including subdivisions, price, size, etc...  Most importantly, the database allows buyers to create an account in which they can log in to.  This log in allows you to view properties have been recently put on the market, check for price changes and much more.  It's important that you click on "Your Account" and create a new account so that you can access all information to be able to make the best informed decision possible.  You will also have the ability to have the system email you directly every time t... 07/06/2007

The Market Reports just came out and in all three counties, Okaloosa, Walton, and Bay Counties, resales saw an upswing in activity for the first time this year.  New home sales are still suffering in all three counties and forget vacant lots.  They are down by over 55%.  Lot loans are hard to secure.
