The Condo's at One Seagrove Place do not come on the market very often and when they do they are in great demand.  Unit 107 came of the market yesterday day is priced at $549K which is the lowest priced unit of the two units currently available  There is one pending sale, listed at $585 and it was only on the market for one day before it went pending.  Seven units have sold over the last 12 months and the Median price of those units is $536,000.  Average days on market for these units is  only 40 days , well below the average in this area.  One Seagrove Place is one of only two high rise condo's along the 30A corridor south of the road and directly on the beach,  They are all two bedroom and two baths, rent very well and have different configurations on the interior but overall a very d...
