In the past 12 months, there have ben six sales in Castle Hill.  One of these sales was a bank owned foreclosure.  Sales prices ranged from $485,000 to $2,600,000.  The average sales price per square foot of living area was $242.77 at a 94% list to sales ratio. One home is currently under contract.  It was listed for $979,000 (non-waterfront home) for a price per square foot of living area of $195.14.
