December Housing Numbers Reflect Solid Year-End Results and Positive Forecast for 2013 for Palm Beach County Florida and Singer Island shows groth in 2012.   Year over year the median price of single-family homes increased 20.9 percent and townhouses-condos increased 34.4 percent in Palm Beach County.  Year-over-year closed sales of single-family homes are up 14.3 percent, pending sales are up 77.5 percent and inventory levels are down from an 8.7-month supply to a 5.9-month supply.Year-over-year foreclosed single-family home sales decreased 52.2 percent and the median sale price increased 24.8 percent. Conversely, short sales increased 22.4 percent from a year ago.
